We are a young spin-off from the University of Paderborn and develop high-precision signal synthesizers with best-in-class phase noise and jitter.
We believe that the next generation of signal generators is based on opto-electronic technology that enables previously unattainable precision, especially in phase noise, and thus enables progress in various applications.
Before founding QuSinus, Peter worked several years in management consulting at Ernst & Young and Roland Berger, before starting his first start-up in early 2020 before COVID hit Europe. He has a background in business administration and international business (M.A. from University of Durham and PhD from University of Cambridge).
Since 2019, Saeed has been working at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute on developing our core technology and transferring the theory into practice by building our first demonstrator. Saeed studied telecommunications at University of Kashani, completed his master’s degree in electrical engineering at the University of Paderbornin 2019.
Maysam joined the team with years of industry experience designing RF and Electronic systems for Telecommunications, Automotive and IOT, where he worked as a Head of Engineering at ConcR and as a senior RF design engineer at Molex and Laird. Maysam received his Master and PhD from TU Ilmenau, Germany.
Prof. Christoph Scheytt is currently the head of the System and Circuit Technology department at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute. After his PhD in electrical engineering (Ruhr University Bochum) he founded advICo microelectronics GmbH in Recklinghausen, before returning to academia in 2006 as head of the Circuit Design department at the Leibniz Institute for Innovative Microelectronics (IHP) in Frankfurt an der Oder.
Meysam Bahmanian has several years industry experience as RF developer, and is currently research associate in the circuit technology department at Heinz Nixdorf Institute.
